How we work together
Two ways. I can come in as your right hand, embedded and running your operation month to month. Or I can build one specific thing for you, start to finish. We figure out which one fits on our first call.
How it starts
A discovery call. A real conversation, not a pitch. We talk about what you're building, where it's getting heavy, and whether I'm the right person to take that off you. If we're a fit, we'll both know.
I take a few clients at a time, because the work is close and I give it everything. So I'm honest about fit, for your sake and mine.
