Maybe you've been here before, or maybe you've just landed. Either way, consider this a reintroduction. Because while my work has always been about managing projects and producing events, my approach has evolved.

I used to think of structure and creativity as opposites. You’re either the artistic one with big ideas, or the organized one who makes the checklists. But after 15+ years in this industry, and a few curveballs in my own life, I've learned that they aren’t enemies. They are partners. Great ideas are only as powerful as the systems that bring them to life. And if you’ve ever had the vision but felt stuck in the execution, I know that space well. It’s exactly where I thrive.

My work has taken me from producing intimate dinners to large-scale brand activations for clients like Christian Louboutin and 34th Street Partnership. Whether I'm on a busy set or in a quiet boardroom, my job is to create clarity and deliver seamless experiences. More than that, I’ve come to understand that resilience is a superpower. It’s what makes me as steady on-site the morning of an event as I am helping a business owner simplify their systems.

My belief in this partnership of creativity and structure has only grown stronger since discovering Human Design. As a Projector, I’ve learned that my strength is in guiding and strategizing. I don't believe in the myth of busyness or burnout. My focus is on energy, alignment, and timing. It's not about doing more. It's about doing what matters.
