Hi, I’m Semone!
I’ve spent my life learning how to flow between structure and surrender, hustle and rest, execution and alignment. Now, I’m bringing all of that here.
I’m a Jamaican New Yorker, a Mets fan who shamelessly takes Yankees freebies (because, honestly, the Audi Yankees Club is too good to pass up), and a yoga enthusiast. More than that, I’m a woman who has learned, sometimes the hard way that rest is just as important as action, clarity is just as powerful as strategy, and alignment makes everything easier.
The Work That Shaped Me
For the past 20 years, I’ve built a career in advertising and marketing, wearing every hat from Administrative Assistant to Senior Producer. I’ve worked at McCann, WebMD, Grey, and Heartbeat. Managing everything from life-saving vaccine launches to commercials that aired during the Oscars and Grammys.
I thrive in bringing order to chaos, turning ideas into reality, and making big things happen.
But my work is just one piece of who I am.
Rooted in Resilience
I’m the youngest in a big Jamaican family, raised in a home where laughter was loud, food was sacred, and resilience was a birthright. That grounding has shaped everything about me.
It’s why, no matter what I do, I bring a mix of strategy, grace, and execution.
Beyond corporate life, I’ve spent the last decade helping brands, entrepreneurs, and visionaries bring their ideas to life.
✔ I’ve worked with brands like Banana Skirt Productions.
✔ I planned Olivia and Jason’s unforgettable wedding in San Diego.
✔ I organized wellness retreats in Ghana, Negril, Oaxaca, and Tulum.
I love working behind the scenes, helping people move from “idea” to “it’s done.”
Living Aligned
A few years ago, I stumbled into Human Design, and it felt like the missing puzzle piece. As a 2/4 Projector, I’ve learned that waiting for the right invitations isn’t about being passive, it’s about being ready.
My journey now is about trusting my energy, honoring my gifts, and helping others do the same.
- Faith is my compass.
- Yoga is my sanctuary.
- And rest? Still the hardest lesson but I’m learning.
And one day? You’ll find me behind the wheel at the Porsche Driving Experience, finally crossing it off my bucket list.
So if you’re here reading this, maybe you’re part of my alignment.
Stick around, I have stories to share.
